Protect Yourself from the Flu
Submitted by Floyd Brown on Thu, 10/29/2009 - 1:43pmIt's flu season again but this time we have two flu types to worry about. Each fall and winter we can expect a seasonal flu (influenza) but this year there is a new variety, H1N1 influenza, commonly called Swine Flu.
But don't panic, there are things you can do to reduce your risk of getting either seasonal or H1N1 flu or spreading it to others.

In fact, I am spending an increased amount of time talking about weight gain and providing counseling, support, and education about weight management. Despite the fact that weight gain is a common side effect of many drugs used to treatment illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and other conditions it is possible to manage your weight and continue taking medication.
